Klone teams up with Vola!

Klone teams up with Vola!

Vola Guitar is very proud to announce that Klone's guitarists, Aldrick Guadagnino and Guillaume Bernard, and bassist Enzo Alfano are joining the Vola family with a very busy schedule in 2022.

Klone is a French progressive metal band from Poitiers, France. The band was originally founded in 1995 under the name Sowat. In 1999, Sowat renamed itself Klone.

After the release of two demos in 2002 and 2003, Klone released, Duplicate, in January 2004 a first self-produced album. In 2008, Klone released, the album All Seeing Eye, followed in 2010, by Black Days and The Dreamer’s Hideaway in 2012. Five years later (2017) Klone released Unplugged, a live acoustic album. Then, Le Grand Voyage (2019) marked a turning point for Klone, becoming the only French band to sign on the English label Kscope alongside pillar of the progressive scene Katatonia, Porcupine Tree, Anathema and Steven Wilson.

Vola Guitar and Klone got in touch during 2021’s fall, thanx to our mutual friend and Vola’s endorsee, Pierre Danel. Vola is more than pleased to announce this new partnership just as Klone is goin’ to hit the road again, in Europe but also in the USA, opening for Pain Of Salvation.
