On this site, VAT and all other import fees and taxes are covered by Vola.

Yes! All Vola Guitars on this site have Free Shipping. 

 

Where does my guitar ship from? 

- For EU countries

Once ordered, the guitar will be checked once again and set up within 2 business days, then we will hand over the guitar to our shipping forwarder within next 2 working days. 

The shipping forwarder will ship guitar to you.

 

- For United Kingdom

Once ordered, the guitar will be checked once again and set up within 2 business days, then we will hand over the guitar to our shipping forwarder within next 2 working days. 

The shipping forwarder will transfer the guitars to UK and then ship from UK to you.

 

 - For Japan

Once ordered, the guitar will be checked once again and set up within 2 business days, then we will hand over the guitar to our shipping forwarder within next 2 working days. 

The shipping forwarder will ship guitar from HK to you.

 

 

How long does shipping take generally? 

- For EU countries

Generally, the whole shipping time is about 15-20 days. 

 

- For United Kingdom

Generally, the whole shipping time is about 10-15 days. 

 

- For Japan

Generally, the whole shipping time is about 7-14 days.

Where are Vola Guitars built?

The Vola MIJ production line is Made in Japan with a skilled group of luthiers that create one of the best guitars you will ever play.

 Vola USA Custom Shop is located in Southern California where we teamed up with one of the best local boutique custom shops around. 

At the Vola USA Custom shop, each order is built one at a time to the customers specifications.

 

What pickups are in the OZ and Vasti MIJ production line?

Vola has created our own unique pickups specifically designed by us for our guitars to be versatile for any genre of music.

What is the neck thickness of Vola models?

Vola Guitars come with our Vola Modern C neck shape & Vola Classic C neck shape.

The Vola Modern C neck shape is a more modern take with a 20mm-21mm design that still gives you a full feeling neck with the sustain you want and all while still providing a fast-feeling neck.

You can find that some of our models have "MC" in the model name. This means that model has Vola Modern C neck shape.

Vola Classic C neck shape is a 22mm-23mm design that has a comfortable round bottom that allows you to grip with ease. 

The Vola Classic C can will be on our OZ ROA and OZ RMN as well as many of our Artist Signature models.
